Public Rights Project, Affirmative Leaders Fellowship Launch

Published on 1/29/2019

I’m excited to tell you about a new program Public Rights Project is launching in 2019. We are creating a fellowship focused on helping state and local government offices expand their capacity to do affirmative litigation by focusing on their current staff. The fellowship will be open to current government attorneys and include one year of training, professional development, and hands-on mentoring, plus access to a national network of government impact litigators.

This program, called the Affirmative Leaders Fellowship, will exist alongside our Public Rights Project Fellowship. Our application will go live on January 28, and the fellowship year will begin in May 2019. A longer description of the program is can be found here on our website

Best,

Joanna Pearl
